2.1.

The use of OpinionLux requires registration as a user. There is no entitlement to participation. OpinionLux reserves the right to reject any registration without providing a reason.

2.2.

Only real individuals of full legal capacity, residing in the country where they participate in surveys, may register. Individuals aged 14 and above may participate with legal guardian consent. Legal entities, minors below this age, or individuals using false identities are not permitted. Only one account per person is allowed, and only one account per household is recommended.

2.3.

By registering, users accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of OpinionLux and agree to be bound by them.

3.1.

Registration is free and does not create any financial obligation.

3.2.

Users must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.

3.3.

Users must update their profile or notify support if their personal data changes.

4.1.

Users earn virtual points (in USD) by participating in surveys and other activities on OpinionLux. These points can be exchanged for real-world cryptocurrency payouts. Rewards are dynamic and displayed per survey. Promotional activities, referrals, and other platform engagements may yield additional rewards.

4.1.5. Remuneration for Surveys

5.1.

Users will be paid in cryptocurrency: currently supported options include USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Litecoin (LTC). Payment is based on the reward structure displayed on each survey.

5.2.

Payments are processed within 24–48 hours of survey completion and successful verification.

5.3.

A minimum withdrawal threshold may apply, and network/processing fees may be deducted from the payout. These will be displayed before final confirmation of withdrawal.

5.4.

OpinionLux reserves the right to review accounts before approving withdrawals. Accounts flagged under §4 may be denied withdrawal.

5.5.

In certain cases, OpinionLux may require identity or phone verification prior to payment.

5.6.

Tax Liability: You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings on OpinionLux in your jurisdiction.

5.7.

Expiration of Points: Points remain valid for 12 months from the date earned. Unused points will be automatically removed after this period. If you delete your account, all points are forfeited. OpinionLux is not obligated to provide warnings before points expire.

6.1.

Users may refer new members and earn additional points or bonuses. Rewards may vary based on referred user activity.

6.2.

OpinionLux reserves the right to change referral rules at any time.

6.3.

Referral statistics can be viewed in the user dashboard.

6.4.

The referral program may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
